Frequently asked questions & answers regarding our wholesale products

We use a vegan margarine alternative and coconut milk in all of our vegan products. This allows us to keep the same soft texture and sweet taste as most butter- and dairy-heavy pastries. Our vegan margarine includes: Vegetable Oil Blend (Palm and Soy), Water, Less Than 2%: Salt, Soy Lethicin, Vegetable Monoglycerides, Citric Acid, Beta Carotene, Vitamin A

Although we do put a lot of emphasis on our vegan pastries, we also make traditional non-vegan pastries. We want to include a variety for everyone’s tastebuds and dietary needs – from those who want the traditional buttery croissant to those who want to make a more environmentally conscious effort, or who simply have allergies.

We use fresh milled flour from Lindley Mills and NC grown and milled flour from Carolina Ground.
